Don's Home Improvements to replace our bathroom tub with a shower and repaint our kitchen cabinets and replace the countertops. We were very pleased with everything! Donnell was very professional and took extra care to ensure everything was done right! We would highly recommend him and would use him again for future projects. Outstanding Walk-In Shower Installation and Attention to Detail We recently had our jetted bathtub removed and replaced with a beautiful, high quality walk-in shower, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Team member, John, demonstrated professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. John handled the demolition and removal of the tub efficiently, keeping the area clean everyday and minimizing disruption. The new walk-in shower was installed with excellent craftsmanship — the walls, shower tray, and fixtures are high-quality, and the overall job turned out exactly as we had hoped. Also, what impressed us was Don’s follow-through on the punch list. The few items we brought up — no matter how small — were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. We highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality bathroom remodeling done right the first time. A+ work!

Don's Improvements did a great job with our master bath tear-out and remodel. I submitted a photo and drawing of our project on Angie and Tracy with Don's Improvements, responded and scheduled a site visit. Tracy brings decades of construction experience and helped guide us from concept to detailed plan. They put us in touch with a great local tile company, Dehart Tile in Christiansburg. There, Carlie was a big help with tile and design choices. Tracy gave us a detailed proposal laying out the scope of work, price and timeline. Donnell did the remodel work, and he is highly skilled in the crafts for our job, carpentry, drywall, tile, and wood flooring. Donnell is a true perfectionist and is great to work with. We had to replace some subflooring that had water damage. He was very clear about what was required to correct the hidden damage and the cost. Communication throughout the job was excellent. We are very pleased with our new bath. We highly recommend Don's Improvements.

Don is a very passionate person about his work and it shows !! While doing my bathroom, he would explain anything to me that I wanted to know which meant a lot to me à  à °à  à  à  à  à  à  He did my install on my standup shower in a timely manner , but saying that he did not rush through the job . Don made sure that my shower was to my liking before he left. Don is a very polite, young man and very cordial !! I really cannot say enough about him of the person that he is and how he cares about what he does!! if you get Don to do the remodel on your standup shower or anything else that he does, you wonà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t regret it.
