I had a lot of work for John and his crew and they did an excellent job. The work included trimming of several very high pine tree branches, removal of a 40+ foot tree of heaven with stump grinding, and removal of two very heavy branch systems overhanging the housing structures. These guys were very careful with my house and cleaned up everything at the end of each day of the 3-day tree trimming job. I would absolutely hire them again!

He came out and gave me a quote. I hired him and he said that he would call me the following week with a start date. He did not call so I decided to call him to confirm a start date. He said that he would come out by the end of the week and again, no call, no show. If he could not handle the project, he should have said so. It is only common courtesy. Then again, he may have done us a favor.....not good customer service.
