Chris came out on Christmas Eve to set traps for a rat that had done a lot of damage in our kitchen. He caught the rat, collected the traps, stapled up some wire mesh to prevent future incursions - all during Xmas week. We were very impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness.

Chris arrived the same day and sprayed outside for ants which had infested our house. Very effective except for one ant trail spotted 5 days later and he prompting arrived and exterminated w/o add'l charge. Highly recommend.

Chris and his wife and brother were on time, very courteous, and well spoken. They answered all questions and gave a lot of information about the process and how it works. he also guarantees his work and said if we see any more problems in the near future just call. Overall a good experience.

Terrible service. Missed termites, did not communicate and dragged feet on report.

I believe this client gave the wrong address tobegin with. Then they had no termites. They were selling their condo, so no termites was good. Since they had gave the wrong address we had to write a new report. These are legal documents that have to be accurate and re-submitted to the state. Filing paperwork with the state is not free. Very sorry for the confusion and the extra day for the report.
