We agreed to a payment arrangement of 25% down before labor, another 25% due after, and the remaining balance to be paid in 16 payments. We came to an agreement on the total cost upfront, but throughout the project the contractor continuously added unexpected charges. After removing our 2-year-old laminated flooring, she charged an extra $300 to patch cracks, then another $150 for transitions. Near the end of the tile job, she attempted to charge an additional $1,000 for thin-set mortar. It truly felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed the entire time. Once the job was completed, I even opened an account with her bank because I thought using the Bill Pay feature would help her receive payments faster. Despite that, she contacted me every single day asking about payment until it cleared. I felt terrible that it was delayed, so I made time out of my busy schedule to personally go into her bank and make the payment before the 1st of the month. [finish reading in photo]

Victoria and Manuel are great to work with and do quality work. Our approval was requested on every step of the project. Outstanding quality of work with exceptional attention to detail, very efficient and conducting of spaces of the work. Victoria was very professional and informative concerning customer service. My Upstairs bathroom needed a complete new floor. Manuel removed the old flooring and sub- floor and reinstalled the new sub- flooring. The floor was leveled to perfection and new viny plank flooring was done installed. They finished floor looks outstanding. Manuel is a very skilled professional and strives to obtained perfection in his work. Victoria and Manuel are exceptional couple to be associated with and the take great pride and the service they provide. They took the time to do it right. Very impressed with the quality of the workmanship.

The crew came in after water damage to my kitchen and replaced the subfloor, insulation, drywall, laminate flooring cabinets and countertops. They also took care of the plumbing to hook the sink back up correctly after the water leak. They were there when they said they were going to be very efficient with their time, very friendly and explained everything they were doing. they also kept a very clean workplace while they were doing the replacement work. I am very impressed with the quality of their work and would definitely hire them again.

Victoria was very professional. She gave me a quote that I was happy to see. Then she informed me that If there was not a stable sub floor it would be X amount more. Unfortunately it was. Then in the process of doing the job they found a couple of things more. More money, more time, but instead of glossing over them, they told me and they fixed them. I’m very happy with the work and their professionalism.
