Power washed and painted aluminum siding, soffit, garage door, and front door. Seal coated the driveway. Very pleased with end results. House looks great! 10/10 would recommend.

I hope he repaired the roof. I know he took pictures. I called him for some before and after pics for the insurance company. He said he would send them to me. He didn't. Won't respond to me or the insurance company. Sorry I didn't use a local service. He didn't even take the shingles that were blown off. He blew out of here like a jet to cash the check. Beware of this guy.

Paid for a warranty on a shingle repair which failed during the warranty period I called twice and never received a response. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.

. He initially expressed to me that he could handle a rubber roof for what the roof needed. It would need some type of silicon retarring and I agreed. He said he had some items on his truck to do and finish the job that day, And it was completed an a picture was shown before an after job was done!

Hired Docherty Roofing to fix a leak in my roof. He coated my entire roof, and painted my skylight which was rusty and reattached a gutter that was installed from a previous roofer but wasn’t attached in the front. He told me if there were any leaked going forward, to call him. I have made several attempts to get in touch without and response. He said it has a 2 year warranty. But that doesn’t help me if you don’t answer my calls.

Total professional did a fantastic work on time respectful did everything. They said they were gonna do job look beautiful and the price was definitely reasonable. Enjoyed the whole experience made it easy for me.

William was very helpful from the start. We had some wind damage to the roof. He came quickly to assess and fix the damage before the next storm was due that evening. He gave us a quote for an entire new roof and we had it installed less than a week later, in one day! The workers were polite and professional and the roof looks great! This is the third time Bill has painted our roof, and we had more work done this time. He does a great job and is very efficient. We will continue using him in the future.

This project has a 5 year warranty. My roof started leaking a year later but the contractor did not return to repair the roof. I have been trying to reach out to them multiple times but they are unresponsive.
