Dillon Contracting did an outstanding job with our basement. The owner, Tom, was very honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Tom and his employees are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated that they would give us options, as well as advice, on the many decisions we had to make. Our schedule was impacted on multiple occasions by delays in the materials that we had ordered (flooring, cabinets, etc.), but Tom was always very accommodating. What really makes this company stand out to me above all others is not just their quality of work, but how easy it was to always get a hold of them. Regardless of how big or small our question or concern may have been, Tom would always respond to our texts or calls right away. He was beyond patient, and went the extra mile to help us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their basement finished (or any other home improvement work).

Basement job in progress. Tom has been very professional in laying out the job. The carpenters are on the job every day but only work 6 hours a day. They are nice guys and doing a fine job. Expect completion in 3 months. So far, so good.

Hired Tom to do some bathroom/flooring work and finish my basement. Tom and his specialists came in and blew away all of my expectations. He was extremely reasonably priced, he went above and beyond to fix items not originally even on our contract, and he took absolutely all of the stress out of a very major renovation. Cannot recommend him more, as he is turnkey when it comes to project managing renovations. I, along with other family members have used him, and could give him the keys and "forget about it" as he would ensure everything was completed to perfection. He will never leave a customer dissatisfied, and his integrity and his overall desire to "make things perfect" even when I was being extremely nitpicky on certain minutia details is what I appreciated the most. Dillon Contracting was a Great Experience. Tom Dillon and I put a plan together to finish my basement.I was nervous seeing that I never invested this kind of funds towards an home improvement project. I had heard all the horror story about contractors leaving customers high and dry. I had a couple other quotes from contractors competing for the job. Dillions was not the least expensive but Tom Dillion came over to me to be honest. Tom steered me but valued my opinion. My job probably wasn't the biggest job that Dillon Contracting has constructed but I was impressed with the attention to detail in which Dillon Contracting team gave my project. The team that Dillon Contracting assigned to our project were the best that I have ever witness. When our guest come to visit. All we hear from them is. Who finish your basement follow by them saying. If my basement was like this. I would never leave home. By the way if you decide to go with Dillon Contracting tell Greg and the Crew Hello for me.

Extremely professional operation. The team was responsive all the way around whether it was explaining the next phase of the project or responding to changes we wanted after seeing things in constructed. Will use them over and over again

My husband and I hired Tom Dillon to finish our basement. He is great to work with! He is very nice and honest and his quality of work is superb! The people who worked for him were very nice as well. Tom was involved throughout the entire process and even did a lot of the work himself. He finished the project on time and within budget. I had lots of questions as I have never done anything like this before and he always took the time to explain everything to me and make suggestions as to how I could save money here or there. I really enjoyed working with Tom and his team and I would highly recommend them to others!

I can't compete an R & R for you on this contractor because he hasn't started work yet - I'm using an architect he recommended to draw up plans for garage before I get an estimate from him to construct however I will likely be using him
