Dillon Contracting, LLC

Tom and his contractors assisted me studding the basement and was very courteous and always communicated on the plan. He delivered one day before and was very accommodating through the entire process. I will continue to utilize Tom for any other major projects.

Dillon Contracting, LLC is a trustworthy company, Tom (manager) provided me with a computerized drawing of my basement. Tom provided a timeline for completion, he suggested ways to reduce cost and he gave me regular updates. Tom's carpenter was fantastic , he was respectfully, clean up daily, and on time. My basement remodeling project exceeded my expectations. Dillon Contracting, LLC is fairly priced.

I'll start my review by saying Dillon contracting was great. I found Dillon Contracting here on Home Advisor. The owner Tom is a genuine guy. After I went through all the bids, he was the middle priced bid for my 1700 sq. ft. basement. He isn't a one-man show and he's not a cookie-cutter company where you're just another number. He takes genuine care of his customers. He was clear on his early estimate and walked me through the process of selecting my materials. His crew was knowledgable and timely. Tom would regularly check in on things, weigh in on how to best proceed. Even when there were hiccups (which there always are with these types of projects), they were minor and resolved quickly. I will be contacting Dillon construction for my next project (bathroom, pool house) as he is very reliable.

Very accommodating, friendly and open to ideas and discussion. He is eager to please.
