I called Diggs Building Technologies Corp and was able to speak to Tim right away. I was fortunate that Tim could come to my house the next business day to evaluate the eroding block foundation situation that I had. I was provided an expert opinion and quote the same day. Impressed with Tim s knowledge, experience and great reviews on Home Advisor, I hired Diggs to perform the work. Tim also knew that I wanted to get the blocks replaced before the weather turned cold. Tim started the very next day and had the job done within two days. He also had looked around the house and advised that I should add fill around my foundation to adjust the required pitch for water runoff. Thank you Tim for all of your advice and suggestions! On time to the point did not miss a single detail in repairs and explained everything so that you understand the work that he did and the guarantee of his work.

+Tim was the only pro who contacted me and made an appointment to inspection the house foundation and driveway adjacent to the foundation where the leaking was occurring. He looked at the pitch of the yard behind the house and from the driveway to the house. After a thorough inspection outside the house, he and his son Jake went into the basement to see where the water leaking was most prevalent. Following these two inspections he made verbal recommendations to correct the problems . He followed this up with written proposal for the work, along with a cost estimate. After receiving this, I sent him a detailed email with questions about the proposal, which he promptly answered, to my satisfaction and I agreed to have him do the work. On the agreed start date, he was on time with his excavator and crew of 2 to start the project. Weather was a factor and I was amazed how quickly they did the foundation repair, built a temporary wooden step with small deck into the back door of the house and laid the underground conduit for the electric power to the garage. There have been several heavy rain falls since this project was completed and the water leak is gone. The driveway project is scheduled for Spring 2020 when the weather will be more conducive to replacing the driveway. I highly recommend Diggs Building Technologies Corp for all phases of foundation repairs and related draining problems.

Tim was a true professional from beginning to end on this job. We had an 1870s rear foundation wall with a water problem that everyone else kept telling us to spray foam and forget about. Tim was the only one who we felt really had an understanding of how to permanently fix our water issue. Out of all the contractors we have worked with on our Victorian house restoration, we found Tim from Diggs Building Technologies to be the most knowledgeable in his field. He is an old school iron worker with an intense understanding of structure. In addition, he is not scared of hard work and to do things the right way. From the start, he was not scared off from the difficulties our foundation project presented -- poor excavating access over a 9 foot retaining wall, no driveway for brining in or removing fill. Nor did he back down when we discovered an old cistern trapping water near the foundation, an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. With Tim's expertise, the project kept rolling. All of Tim's team members are extremely professional, kind, polite and hardworking. If structural knowledge and attention to finer details (he even cleaned our my gutters after he found them to be running slowly after a rain storm) are what you are after, then hire Tim immediately. They returned my request promptly. They were courteous, professional, thorough, and kept me informed about the repair and any other additional questions I had throughout the process. They not only repaired the foundation, but restored my lawn, stone wall, and plants back to as close as possible to their original condition and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. It was a little pricey but negotiated. They are very professional, did an excellent job, and I would recommend them and hire them again. when needed.
