They did not follow through with the work that they said they would do. They painted over pealing paint. The power wash was poorly performed.

We discussed the flaking paint issue with the customer and thought all issues were resolved. We always do a walk through with customer after the job is complete. We strive to make every customer happy.

In a nut shell the son needs to learn how to talk to their customers! He got all bent out of shape. I was askin questions one thing must of really got extremly mad! Stormed off and saying, well I wont repeat it. Then pulls the contract out of his back pocket yelling something to the effect of I havethis @#%&+#% contract that is signed by you and your ggoing to f........ing paying before i leave. I know right! So I calmly said,"never have i ever said or even eludid to you that i was not going to pay. You need to call your dad n have him come. I came through the house lookin at front job, not really good. He came around running and i think that the young gentlman who was helping that day told him you better get out there and apologize befor dad gets here and only said it because his dad was coming. Told his dad he needs to teach how to talk to a client. Well his dad tried to backpeddle all of it....................... YOU KNOW IT IS WHAT IT IS? Im done. It looks alright. DO NOT USE MINE i will use you service for other stuff. Thank you :-)
