The work and value were a 5. The only issue I had was the communication could have been better regarding work schedules and general communication over the phone. John needs to focus his attention when talking to the customer. Working out of his car can be difficult but it can be done.

They came as planned. Completed the job in two days. They did a good job for the price. We liked their recommendation of paiting white around the window. (This was out decision point to go with them.). A couple of spots were not to my expectations. Overall, they did good job for the price.

This contractor was superior. Not only did they show up and complete the job on time, they came in on budget. The crew was professional and kept the property neat. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure we did a walk around to view the finished work. Which I will say again, they did a GREAT JOB! I get several compliments a day from my neighbors and people just walking or driving by.
