Diamond Shield worked around my schedule - they were on time - the finished floor is beautiful - the price was fair - and they were very professional. By neighbors have check out my garage and they too were very impressed with the job and I have already recommended Diamond Shield to them.

After doing a myriad of research on other companies I decided on Diamond Shield Coating. Upon meeting Carmen it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable and had years of experience in the profession. He was very thorough, explained the entire process and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. On day one and throughout the 3 days, the workers were on time and left the area clean each day. Once, the project was completed, I was very pleased. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail exhibited by Carmen and his crew spoke volumes of the companies commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Diamond Shield Coating to friends and family should they ever need their services.

Work done very nice and on time

The worst experience with Carmen that I ever had. The paying customer must be satisfied with the work performed and the hired company must satisfy the customer. This is the main rule. 1. Spent 1 hour with him when he tried to sell his work. 2. Eventually did not get what he promised and what I wanted. 3. Did not finish his work. 4. Did not coat my garage floor under the shelves explaining that his stomach was in the way and he could not reach the end. 5. Did not fix the joints everywhere as other companies can do. 6. All the chips come out every time when I use my broom. 7. it is such a thin layer that if you peel off one chip (yes, you can do it with your fingers) you will see the original garage floor 8. I called him and asked him to finish his work and put one more layer because his work looks bad. He showed up and started yelling at me. And disappeared. How is this possible for **pro** company? Claim on business, cancel the contract. Yes, of course.

Follow up and timeliness

It's been over 2 weeks and my patio is still not completely finished, Carmen the owner does not listen and apparently does not read text. He has not called or come by to see if I was satisfied.
