Good honest guys and a hard working crew. They know what they are doing. My job is still under way but all is going well.

This company started off highly promptly communicative, often responding within minutes--unfortunately once they were paid and felt the work was done, that communication completely dissipated. The work was started and concluded the work on time. They did however leave some cement forms and evidence of trampling on both my and plants on my next door neighbors. There is a 12-14 inch line of cement across my lawn, splattered cement on my storm door and pilasters, spilled cement leading to the parking lot, loads of rubble not removed but left in the parking lot, flower beds and lawn, but most importantly, the railing is wobbly and completely unsafe. I was SO disappointed as I have contacted the Owner (Ilan) twice subsequent to them concluding the work and he did respond once saying he was busy and would get right back to me--that was three weeks ago and I have never heard from him again. I realize a bad review can sink a business, especially a small one which is why I had tried to get the owner to respond. Overall, I would say their Customer Service is lacking, based upon their lack of follow-up but the value and craftsmanship was satisfactory--you will just have to clean up behind them.

They showed up on time and kept their word. Theirs is a well run operation. I would recommend them to a friend. There is no higher accolade I can give.

The guys at Detailz were very professional and responsive. They answers my questions and made me feel like they really wanted our business...as a business owner I appreciated that. They understood that I wanted to get multiple estimates and they did the job in a very timely manner.

From the time a company representative came out to the house, to the time an RFP (Request for Proposal) was done and received, to the drafting and acceptance of a contract, the turn around was less than a week. Once the contract was agreed upon and signed, and deposit made, work began within 48 hours, and was completed inside of two working days. The construction crew members are definitely Masters of their Craft, very professional, and take pride in their work.

Carpet cleaning done as I asked which included no odors in cleaning products, not too wet so drying was within less than 24 hours, and furniture moved where requested. Professional and very careful of my home.

I reached out to several contractors for a major renovation projection in the downtown Baltimore vicinity. I felt the most at ease and comfortable with the Maryland Revitalization Group LLC team. Prior to and during the quoting process, the team was extremely honest, thorough and had the absolute best suggestions of all. They were not interested in telling me what they thought I wanted to hear, instead, they gave full disclosure and presented the facts. Such full disclosure was greatly appreciated. Rather than going for the most expensive suggestions, they instead presented options with the maximum return on investment, which was quite refreshing. The team stands by their work and provides ample communication and updates as the work progresses. The quality of the workmanship is beyond excellent. They are thorough, have excellent taste and are very very trustworthy. I hardly take the time to drop any review for most contractors for they do not deliver what they say they will; however, in this case, almost 2 months into the full renovation, I am as satisfied as I could ever be with my choice of Maryland Revitalization Group LLC as General Contractor. I'm very pleased with the smooth progress of the renovation and the stunning work the team is doing. I will absolutely recommend and do business with again. Work Performed: Full home renovation, rooftop deck, excavation, brickwork, roofing, paint. Issues Encountered: None.

DBA Detailz washed and sealed my roof deck and 2nd story back deck. Very responsive, competitive pricing, explained the process, were quick to schedule me, and crew was on time and quick to finish the job. Even came back that week when I had an issue with their work. Quality of work issues. 1. My top deck,had several new lines (what I take to be "lap marks" from the power wash). 2. They left dirty boot prints in the sealer, on the wood, and 3. boot prints of sealer on my metal spiral staircase. Owner sent the crew back out that week to wash/remedy. The stairs cleaned up fine, but after they left and the wood dried, it still shows those lines and several dirty boot prints. I declined the offer by the owner for a second full power wash and resealing, mostly because it would be by the same crew the got it wrong the first time, and because I didn't want the wood worn down by the continued power washing.
