Excellent experience from initial contact to install. The owner, Joe, kept in contact via text and phone to make certain all was moving along. Matt worked with us to solve a couple unique issues in the design and offered us options for materials and design. He and his team put in a long day during which they worked very steadily and with care to complete the project. They were very professional to protect our property as they needed to carry materials through our home to the back and cleaned up completely at the end.

Design fence technicians are very knowledgeable and skillful. Our old fence was removed and dispose of. The PVC fence was erected precisely. The time frame was also exact to the time stated. They also left the premises clean. I am highly satisfy with the work they accomplished.

Using Angi referrals I interviewed 3 fencing companies. One of the companies was over-selling and was pushy and fast talking and I felt pressure to go with his business and if I was purchased that day he would give me a 20% discount (I did not like this approach). The second business did not return my call until the end of the week. Design Fence of NY, Inc. was the 3rd company and they returned my call the same day and they were out of Staten Island and I lived in NJ. I made the appointment with Anthony in sales and he came out 2 days later. From the very beginning he was very professional, courteous and attentive to listening to my ideals. He presented me with the brochure that I can keep and he explained the company's history and the products in the brochure. The product looked high quality and most important it came with a lifetime warranty. In less than a week I got quotes from the other contractors. Now I have 3 quotes and I knew and felt to myself I could not afford fencing from this company Design Fence of NY, Inc. I gave Anthony a courtesy call to let him know his company was too expensive judging by the other two quotes I received. As I said before Anthony listened to me and the concerns I had and I thanked him for his time and great customer service. So Anthony must have provided my concerns to the owner. The next day I received a text from the owner of the company. I was very impressed with the owner text me to follow up with the estimate Anthony provided and see how everything went with him. He asked me to send him copies of the quotes from the other two companies. Anthony also gave me a call back and indicated Joe (the owner) would work with me and see what he can do and would be calling me. Joe the owner did text me, introduced himself and pressured a new cost that was more reasonable for my budget. Joe kept in contact with me during the whole process. Giving me updates on scheduling because I was going out of town for 3 weeks and I wanted to get the project done before I left. Anthony and Joe thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for making it possible. As the project went on Joe and his company continued to go above and beyond and sent out a crew member to follow up on concerns regarding the caps on the fence, I am again impressed with their service and dedication to please the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great work and a new fence.

The fence looks great. They even came back to adjust the gate a little bit to make it extra perfect.

The project was completed promptly and professionally. Great communication with the owner, who provided clear and timely updates throughout the project. Great attention to detail, quality material and fast installation. I would recommend the company and use them again if needed.
