Extremely pleased with Russ doing a replacement of kitchen faucet from start to finish.

I had Tyler from Desert View come out and repair the board under our sink. He was very nice while here, and even put my osmosis tank on the wall. However, later that day I noticed it was leaking under the sink. I texted Tyler, and he did not offer to come out and look at the issue and instead said he forgot to turn the valve on. I turned it on and it was still leaking. I have made several attempts to get a hold of Tyler and others at this company in the last 4 weeks to come and fix the issue with no communication. I now have to hire a plumber to come out and fix it. I will be reporting this business everywhere I can because they should not be in business!

The price was great! The workmanship was great! Communication was awful and caused a week's delay in our project. We actually called more contractors and got more quotes in the time we could not get hold of anyone (after accepting the quote).

Great result, these guys replaced the roofing on our patio, showed up when they said they would, charged us what they said they would charge me. Game me a nice invoice that I could show to our lender. Will definitely use these guys for other projects.
