I’m so glad I found these guys. I hired Derek Pasion Home Improvement to rebuild my roof, gutters & soffits, & to repair extensive dry rot damage in my family room. They did a wonderful job. It looks better than it looked when I moved in decades ago. They fixed all dry rot in the ceiling, walls and floor. They repaired or replaced knotty pine paneling and stained it to match the original paneling exactly. They added trim to all paneling edges, and it looks so good. They had great ideas for improvements in my laundry area, doors, and security and safety features. I am very happy with their work and I would definitely hire them again if my house ever needs it. Mr. Pasion and all his builders were professional, skillful, thoughtful, accommodating, thorough and hard-working. I would absolutely recommend them.

He did not do a good job leveling my floor, the workmen who were putting in my floor said they could not put the floor on the bad job Derek did in leveling. Derek was supposed to come back and finish the job or give me my money back and he has not done anything. Please DO NOT hire this man. He basically took my money.

Updating my review... We had some communication issues. Derek responded immediately when he heard I had concerns. Next day he came and everything was resolved. He made sure my issues were taken care and said any problems to contact him he would happy to come and resolve. I would recommend Derek Pasion Home Improvement for your next paint job...
