The crew of Dylan, Keegan and Kennedy did a fabulous job with our pool deck . They were very professional and friendly. Their work ethic is excellent. The entire company kept us apprised of what to expect and when they would be at our home to complete each part of the project. I highly recommend Decocrete.

Decorate did an excellent job surfacing our garage floor. They were perfessional and communicated thru the entire process. They also gave me a great price Compared to other companies I highly recommend this family owned company.

Great experience overall. Devin gave me an estimate and got me on the schedule quickly. I’m so happy the way the job turned out. The guys showed up at exactly the day and time they said they would be there and we’re in and out the same day. It was refreshing to see how well they cleaned up after they were done as well. I’ve seen too many times people leave a job site a mess for the homeowner to clean up afterwards. Now my garage looks amazing and is so much nicer to walk into every day.

One of the reasons that you can see a good rating is because bad reviews were wiped by the owner. I wrote one, it was wiped, and the company rating came up again. Do not believe in the good ratings you read, because bad ratings were wiped. I had a bad experience with this company, my floor has cracks and grooves, and Devin did not solve these problems since August 2021. Devin (the owner) was nice before the problem began. First it was a groove in the epoxy floor and bubbles. Devin said to me that he would solve it, if I paid the last 50%. After I paid, I did not have any help from Devin. He ignored my messages, emails, etc. The problems are coming back. The crack in the floor, that the employees of DecoCrete did not repair properly, became bigger. Devin refused to solve these problems. He stopped answering me when he received the last payment. Not good customer service. If you have a problem, Devin will not solve it. I can show you my floor and you will see the quality of DecoCrete. Not industrial grade.

We paid DecoCrete 2500.00 upfront to refinish our upper pool deck. Big mistake!! Their guy worked on and off for several weeks. Lots of birdbaths still on deck. We suspected that their guy was using or drinking while on our property. We felt that he might injure himself or someone else and did not want that liability. We decided to go out to his truck and wake him and ask him to leave. He had been sleeping approximately 4 hours in his truck. I called and texted him but he never answered. He had promised to have the job finished days prior. Nothing but excuses...We contacted the guy we paid and he takes no responsibility even after the job was not finished.

We had an amazing experience with DecoCrete! From the beginning, they were extremely flexible with scheduling, as we were waiting for our new home to be finished. They provide great customer service, and the crew that came to complete our garage floor were friendly, efficient, and professional. They explained the entire process and their workmanship is fantastic! Our garage floor looks incredible ( and we have had some compliments from the construction crews in our new neighborhood). One of the best things about DecoCrete was the cost, as they were much less expensive than other regular epoxy garage floor companies. We would HIGHLY recommend DecoCrete and want to give a big THANKS to Chris for all his coordinating of schedules to make our garage floor look amazing in time for moving in! Wonderful company!
