Great customer service. Gentleman was prompt. I knew it was a difficult job getting multiple stumps from old bushes that were 30 years old and although there were roots left above ground (I hacked and sawed at those myself afterwards), the visibe stumps were gone and shredded.

Eunice, Thank you for your comments and I truly apologize if you weren't completely satisfied. Because of the utility lines I had to hand dig and manually remove a lot of the stumps. Digging up shrub stumps is messier than just grinding them and it exposed a lot of roots. I felt like I got the vast majority of the roots without damaging or removing too much of the weedblock that was around the stumps. I hate that you had to hack and saw at any roots and I would have been happy to come back out if I would have known.
