We met with several contractors this spring to remove a concrete patch in the backyard, as well as to replace and extend our existing wood deck. No contractor was comfortable getting the work done within the month or was competitively priced. Mike DeMeo visited with us, pitched ideas we hadn't even considered before and had the all of the work done at a very fair price within one week of starting the project. Mike and his crew were friendly, professional and left the brand new deck spotless, clean and ready to use. I will be using Mike for any and all future projects in our home going forward based on this professionalism and quality of the work performed.

Mike DeMeo was very courteous and willing to work with us throughout many changes during the different phases of construction. He wants to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with his work. Our main issue of concern had to do with his subs (drywall and heating). Although when there was an issue, Mike did his best to address it. Also, some things were overlooked that maybe could have been suggested to us when designing the finished product. His framing and interior crews were great and were very friendly with my children throughout the building process. Despite the many issues (township related) we faced during our project, Mike did his best to stay positive!

The roof was completed exactly as desired and only took a few days to do. The cost for the project did not change at all from the estimates given. The only negative part of the experience was the dirt piles were not removed and left on the grass, and we're still finding cigarette butts around the yard.

1st snow of the year and our guy went out of buisness, so we called Service Magic. Had 3 plow guys call us in 15 minuites. We ended up choosing Mike Demeo as he was allready plowing in the next neighborhood and would be the first to get to us. Mike was quick efficient and the right price.
