Followed up with an e-mail after quote was sent; let us know that we had until end of October to make a decision. I must say I was very disappointed with the service. I ended up cleaning the gutters by myself and ended up with numerous 5 gallon buckets of debris from the gutters. Granted my gutters have lattice covers but I fully expected that a power spray would have dislodged the debris and washed it towards and down the downspouts. Instead, numerous covers were dislodged and had to be reinstalled. Areas where I had plant growth through the latticework, the growth was broken off or cut. Two workers were here for 1/2 hour and when they left I expressed surprise that they finished so quickly and was told my downspouts are clear. If you have gutter covers, I suggest you do the job yourself or hire a company that will remove covers before cleaning.

Highly recommend DeMarks. They quickly responded to come out, provide a bid, and conveniently schedule us in a few days which was greatly appreciated. We wanted the job to be completed before the siding contractors were scheduled to begin. They diligently and professionally did a great job power washing the stone facade on the outside our exposed lower level patio. The old aluminum siding color had powdered and dripped, staining the stones. We also added the service of removing the algae and pressure washing the vinyl window trim. So pleased with the results for both services. When I called a week later to mention an area stained on the cinder block, they sent someone out at n/c the same day to rectify. If I could add before after pictures to this review, you too would be impressed. Hire them. You will not be disappointed.

The window washing project was performed in a most professional manner and finished to meet the utmost of expectations. The two gentlemen were very courteous, friendly and are excellent representatives of the quality of your Company. It was all around pleasant experience.

Hired them for gutter cleaning. The person dispatched was detail oriented and friendly and went above and beyond to help me identify a drainage issue I was having. Highly recommended!

I submitted a request for a bid for this company through HomeAdvisor.com on Tuesday afternoon to do driveway and sidewalk pressure washing to address dark splotches we recently started seeing everywhere over a month ago. Within 15 minutes, Nick DeMark emailed me back with a two-minute Loom video of him looking at the photo links I included with my request that I uploaded to a photo sharing website, and I could see him in the corner talking and using Google Maps and Google Streetview to look over the tree cover and look at other driveways in the neighborhood that were experiencing similar issues. He suspected it was a fungus due to the shadows from all of the trees. Jenny came out the next morning to do measurements and talk about the other services they provide. Then, from her car, she put together the proposal and got it emailed to me. When I opened the email, I was able to select from an a la carte menu of the services she spoke about and I selected the two I wanted, pressure washing and light fixture cleaning, and then submitted my response. By Thursday morning, Tasha called me back to schedule the appointment for between 8am and 9am on Friday. I was out on the driveway sweeping when Eric and Tyler pulled up at almost exactly 8am! After a quick discussion with these two friendly guys, they got to work and the end result was incredible! The driveway is so much lighter now, there's no sign of the fungus issue, and our light fixtures were much brighter as well! I paid them on the spot with a credit card before they left and they were completely done by 10:45am. This company seems to have hired all of the right people to have a flawless, efficient process from start to finish and I'll definitely be using them again in the future for the other services they provide, if and when we need them! :) Thank you for a great experience and I'm so glad I chose your company!
