Decor is the most professional, superb, easy-to-work-with, thorough, and excellent contractor I have ever hired for any reason. We had our whole first floor completed sanded, refinished, and asked for multiple coats of polly (have dogs). Not only did they accommodate this but we were able to live in another part of the house (and partially camping) while the work was going on. There was ZERO dust, as they use a dustless system. The mirrors on the walls; even with heavy sanding - NO dust at all. They are the model for how this work should be done. Marcelo also painted trim on our stairs and elsewhere (for no extra charge) which was above and beyond what he needed to do. He was always on time, professional, courteous, cleaned up every day. I would hire him again totally and put full trust in him. Look no further! Decor is the best.

Excellent. Highly recommended. Professional and courteous. Careful, caring work. You will be making the correct choice in hiring Decor. They did a large wood refinishing project for us, on time, on budget and the work is of the highest possible quality. They also did painting and odd repair work and were always willing to go the extra distance. We will definitely use decor (Macelo Xavier) again.

We contacted Marcelo Xavier about having our floors refinished. He came the next day to appraise the situation and within 24 hours had a work-up and an estimate for us. He is professional and courteous. We could not be there for the work, so he was on his own. He e-mailed us pictures as the work progressed and called us to reassure us that all was going well. When we finally returned to Provincetown we were truly amazed. His work is beautiful. His prices, we believe, more than fair. Peggy Schmidt
