Davis Construction and Mechanical

Davis Construction and Mechanical were absolutely fantastic to work with. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. They are a no-nonsense father-son team who don't sub-contract. When you hire them--they do the work. When I solicit estimates, I typically get at least 5 quotes. A couple other companies (not naming names) had very fancy presentations--but offered estimates at more than double of Davis Construction and Mechanical's quote. The Davis' walked through our home while we talked about our vision. They, in turn, gave us a concrete vision of what they can accomplish within our budget. During the project, we changed our minds multiple times, varied on what we wanted. The Davis' were extremely patient and understanding and ultimately exceeded our expectations. Our budget grew because of add-ons we asked them to do. They stuck true to form on the additional projects and delivered results above expectations. I am a fiscal hawk (I work with money and budgets for a living) and felt comfortable talking dollars and budgets with them at all times. I usually move forward on projects with a strong poker face...but with Davis Construction and Mechanical, I could relax knowing I was getting maximum bang for the buck. In addition to some other projects, we completely remolded an unfinished, uninsulated attic adding 850 SF of living space with 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Before it was even done, we had multiple neighbors asking for their phone number. We will use them again in the future. A recommendation from me is hard to earn--but I give Davis Construction and Mechanical my strongest recommendation for any home project whether big or small.

Promptly came out to my home to convert an electrical outlet from 220v to 120v. Clear communication and he was nice to deal with. Will use again.

Davis Construction is a great company to work with. We had them do several jobs for us, including plumbing, ceiling repair and fixing issues in our basement, and they did a great job on each project. Each time they were here to do a job for us, we ended up having another issue that needed to be looked at, and they were always happy to look at it for us. They were able to come back and fix the next problem we found with our house quickly, and did the job efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Davis Construction to anyone! They are extremely professional and nice people (even offering our son a ride on their equipment after he stared at them while they worked) and do great work. We will not hesitate to contact Davis Construction for any future projects.

Davis Construction was extremely timely in getting an intiial invoice to me and responding to my questions or concerns. They are very nice people to work with and were willing to work through or fix any concerns or issues that we had during our home repair. I was hoping that the final preperation to the wall (mudding) would have been a bit smoother before they left but I am fortunate that it is in a corner that is not easily seen. I would recommend this company. If you have an issue, they will meet the need.

Installed underground wiring, horse electric waters and LED lighting for a horse arena. They were professional and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them.
