We had 1/3 aluminum fence, 2/3 black chain link fence installed around our large backyard. We got several quotes, and theirs was the lowest. Unfortunately, it was for good reason. We had made sure where our plot lines were, which, on initial measurements, we were not 100 sure, yet. We found the stakes, and clearly marked them AND told the owner that we did that. We discussed them putting the fence a certain distance from the plot lines. Well, they proceeded to put the fence a significant amount over the lines. We did not realize until they were done, and our neighbor mentioned it did not look right. When we brought it to thr owner attention, he said he would charge us the labor to move it. At this point, we had not paid the balance. Long story short, it took us getting advice from a lawyer friend before they agreed to fix their mistake. Apparently, they did the same to our neighbor a few doors down, which we did not find out til after the fact.

All for you fencing did a fine job initially but I caution anyone hiring this company to make sure there is clear communication and expectations on what is to be done. Our issue was that the privacy fences installed were not all done in a professional manner, some were crooked. When they were asked to come back and fix the issue, we were told that there would be an additional charge for this mistake. The issue may be that this company is run be younger guys that have not yet learned that if a mistake is made, that the issue needs to be fixed and made right. This is basic customer service.

Our former community garden deer fencing was removed and a new deer fence was installed quickly and efficiently by a hard working cheerful team. The super personable office staff was ALWAYS available and helpful with scheduling details. The site was left clean of debris and we are now in great shape for a new planting season to support our local food pantry. We are very pleased!!!
