What a disappointment! This was a major kitchen remodel costing over $50,000 and the attention to detail was sorely lacking. 1. Countertop-the seam in the front of the sink was so bad I made them come back and work on it again. Whatever they filled the gap with is already cracking. 2. Cabinets-I pointed out the flaws and scratches and was told it would be fixed but nothing ever happened. 3. Flooring-the flooring was installed without the proper clearances, which caused something the manufacturer referred to as ?cupping?. Additionally, there is caulk along the bottom of the baseboards. This is a floating floor and should not have caulk between the baseboards and the flooring. 4. Painting-debris in the paint on the ceiling, caulk a mess and just painted over. These are just some of the problems. And the canned lights they installed flicker all the time. I just have to hope my house doesn?t burn down.

I have had issues with construction people in the past and I was very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Dan and his staff to complete two bathroom remodels in my home. His staff was clean, friendly and experts at their jobs. Dan went out of his way to make sure we were happy and things were progressing as we had envisioned. His pricing was reasonable and fair. There were a couple of minor issues, but he fixed them right away to our approval. Not only would I recommend his company, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat. He also did another remodeling job for me that turned out better than I had hoped. Very happy with his services.

Another successful project with the Dan Davis team. Our master bathroom “face lift” resulted in a beautiful remodel. Paint, tile flooring, lighting & fixtures executed with attention to details at a very fair cost.

Dan Davis Construction did an excellent job with our Kitchen remodel. I had tried to act as the GC on this hiring the various sub-contractors and the project was not "coming together".... Dan seamlessly pulled everything together and his various subs were awesome. I would highly recommend Dan Davis Construction to my neighbors, family and friend for any construction project.

our project was a small project. Dan bid a fair price and got it done very quickly even though is was a small low cost project.

Dan made certain I was always kept aware of scheduling. We had a mishap when the line in the spray rig broke and they replaced my security at no cost to me and touched up the paint on my front porch. Greatly appreciated

Every aspect of our Shower remodel project went very smooth, timely and very good quality. The bid was a very fair price and the changes we requested were priced very fair. The tile setter was a pro and took his work very seriously, in fact all the employees were very professional. My next remodel project will be given to Dan Davis Construction. It was a pleasure working with all the employees.
