I discussed with them some cleaning that was missed and I wanted to make sure we were on the same page as far as what I expected and they expected. I thought the conversation went well. However, I went on to do somethings and when I came down stairs I found that they had very quietly left. They also left owing me $30.00.

We tried to set up their services, but the Daisy team apparently did not want our business. We reached out to schedule a monthly cleaning service with their team, and was able to get our first cleaning scheduled for the following Tuesday at 4. Tuesday at 4 comes, and they do not show, so we called. They assured us they set for Wednesday at 4, not Tuesday, so not that big of a deal. Then on Wednesday afternoon we received a text saying something came up and they would need to reschedule to the next day, Thursday at 4. Thursday at 4 comes, and no body shows. We tried calling and texting, but still have not received any sort of response back as to what happened or why they did not show. Because of this, I would not recommend reaching out or trying to set up any services with them.

They did my oven and refrigerator. They did a fantastic job! And they were very friendly and personable. They did such a good job, that I am having them back in a couple of weeks for additional cleaning! I highly recommend them!

I scheduled for them to come Thursday to clean my carpets. They called that morning and rescheduled due to the cold, which was fine. My new appointment was for the next day on Friday at 3pm. They never showed up. I called and messaged a dozen times. They never answered or responded! After an hour past my appointment I hired another company and they came immediately and got the job done for me. I will never hire Daisy maids for anything. Can't trust them to keep their word or to show up.
