Reviews
Write a ReviewThe team arrived during the time frame that had been given. They did the furniture removal carefully so as not to damage anything. They were able to take an additional item I'd decided I didn't want to keep. (There was an additional charge for this which I felt was reasonable and to be expected.) They were cordial and respectful. I would definitely hire them again for a removal. An A+ experience!
Very friendly, professional and fast!
Quick and friendly!
For a standard clean the job they did was about 75% completed, for a Deep Clean the job was about 50% completed. They were contacted for a cleaning, suggested a deep clean that would take 6-7 hours to complete for 2 people, they would provide all the equipment and products, they would come to the house and review the job. Then when on site, even with limiting the scope eliminating 1 bedroom and 1 toilet, they pushed to up the price to $1000 when compared to the verbally quoted $600-800. When my wife arrived on site when talking about the costs they said a standard clean would be $275. The house did need a good deep cleaning due to pet hair and dust overall. So we agreed considering the 6-7 hours and with that cost we would not have a tip on the price due to the shock of them changing the price once they got on site. We had pre-cleaned and removed most of the items that would be in the way for them to clean the night before. I was working from home in my home office (one of the bedrooms) and my wife was with me in that office working on her laptop. When my wife left the house and I was on a meeting they came in to clean my office. That took about 10 minutes which would not equal a deep clean, but more a standard cleaning. Then they packed up and said they were finished with the job. This was at 3 hours and 25 minutes. I was between meetings for a few minutes and was alone (as my wife was gone now) and didn't really have a chance to do a full once over to check their work. I did find 2 of their cleaning rags that were left in rooms, however one of those rooms (a bathroom) did not get cleaned at all. They asked for Venmo to her personal Venmo account, not a business account, and then packed up and left. Nancy was here with her "business partner" which I believe is her son Dylan. I stated verbally that I thought they would be there longer and they said that the "really get to it and work fast." I had to get to a meeting so I paid the Venmo and they departed the property. After my meetings were over for the day I was able to do a review of the house and their work and immediately felt like they had taken advantage of us and didn't complete the job of a deep clean. They did a cursory job of cleaning, but not a deep clean as we had discussed and had the price pushed up. Examples of what they missed are listed here: When viewing the results these were the issues visibly found: Missed areas on every floor and in every room. Dusting was very incomplete and areas for a deep clean were not dusted. Broken item Floors were not cleaned under the bed in the bedroom, still very dirty, and dust/pet hair was still visible after the cleaning. A deep cleaning should have completed. Couch cushions didnÂ’t appear to have been moved and cleaned. Furniture was not moved or cleaned behind. There was dirt, debris, and other items still under easily movable furniture that should have been cleaned and vacuumed. The woodwork, spindles on the third floor were missed in areas. Spindles and areas along the stairs were missed on the first and second floor. Multiple pictures on the second floor still have dust on the top of the frame. Shelves appear to have been dusted around items, but not removing all the items on the second floor. Shelves have dust on the tops and backs of the shelves. Third floor vanity was not cleaned on the back side of the counter. There was still a toothpaste area on the top of the sink. Sink was not wiped out. Second floor bath faucet was not wiped down, the area behind the tub was not cleaned or swept (there are dead bugs, dust, and debris there), and the bathtub tray was not cleaned. The trash was not taken out and replaced. Mopping of the floors on the second and third floors cannot be confirmed. It was not seen and there isnÂ’t evidence of mopping being completed. Third floor shower walls were not completely clean and the shower tray was not cleaned of any dirt, debris, or hair. Hair and debris still were visible in the shower tray. First floor cobwebs in visible areas in the Family Room (fireplace) along baseboards near the brass lamp. Jelly bean and debris, along with 2 dead bugs that were there before the cleaning started were not swept nor cleaned up. Glass lampshade was not dusted in the Living Room (with the piano). There are so many things here that were missed. The original quote was $600-800 for a deep clean with 6-7 hours of work. ($100-114/hr) The estimate was based on the square footage of the house, 1 more bedroom than was in scope for this cleaning, and an additional toilet that was out of scope for this cleaning. The on site quote was $1000 for a deep clean but lasted 3.5 hours. ($286/hr) While I agree that there are positives from the cleaning it did not meet the expectation of a deep cleaning. Rather it was more like a regular cleaning with a small amount of difference. Since a regular cleaning was quoted on site at $275, the value and expectations of the $1000 deep clean should have been about 3 or 4 times the amount of cleaning. With this in mind I am asking for a refund of $500. This allows for $115 per hour ($402.50 plus a tip to total $500). If all the things below were completed without any issue I would not be asking for this refund. On Saturday morning, after talking to my wife about this, I sent a request through Venmo for $500 to have a refund for the level of work that was missed. I didn't hear back from Nancy so on Sunday morning I checked and she had blocked me from Venmo. This seems very sketchy and confirms that they were taking advantage of us by not performing the work as expected. I then texted Nancy on her cell phone asking for the refund and provided pictures to support the areas enumerated above. I didn't get any response at all. We are willing to pay for the standard cleaning plus a tip to make the total $500, but that is all as the work did not meet expectations. Nancy and Dylan, the providers, did not try to remediate the issue, did not try to meet us in the middle, and ghosted us on Venmo and Text where we have no choice but to reach out to Angi for resolution. Below assuming 1 is excellent and 5 is poor (there are not any directions on the scale for those choices) we have rated based on the work negotiated on site for the cost. Very personable on the phone, quoted a price and said they could be there the next day between 8-12. She called as she had told me she would about 30 minutes away. I told her I was there and she said we can be there in about 15 minutes. They arrived right on time. They came in and removed my mattress and were finished in a few minutes. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises. Thank you, Sharon Jones
They were prompt, efficient and thorough. I had need of major cleaning and they handled it beautifully. My home looks great now.
Nancy the owner is NOT AN HONEST PERSON! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! NANCY THE OWNER DEMANDED DEPOSIT OF HALF THE COST OF THE JOB AT FIRST SIGHT I TRUSTED HER BUT THAT WAS A MISTAKE! SHE SHOWED UP UNPREPARED 4.3.26 rescheduled for 4.10.26 DID NOT SHOW UP AGAIN CALLED TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN! I COULD NOT I ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK SHE SAID NO KEPT MY $500 DEPOSIT WITHOUT DOING ANY OF THE WORK I HIRED THEM TO DO! The job was $1000 she kept $500 FOR DOING NOTHING BUT MOVED A COUPLE FLOWER POTS OFF MY BACK PATIO TO THE TRASH! ALL OF 20 MINUTES! THE owner changed her verbiage from deposit to payment for moving a couple pots! And $500 for that? She is a CROOK! ALSO SHE IS DISHONEST NO ETHICS! I am a disabled elderly person! AND NANCY COULD HAVE CARED LESS! SHE KEPT MY DEPOSIT DISABLING ME TO GET THE JOB DONE FINANCIALLY NOW. This company left me in a bad place
I will start by saying Nancy is very nice and she uses that to her advantage. The dates for the work changed 3 times and she could never say what time they would arrive. This was a big job of removing nicotine from the walls and ceiling. The final job was nothing like we were promised and that was expressed several times to her. In her very nice voice, she would just say ?I know you aren?t happy but we worked hard?.I told her she didn?t fulfill her promises and there were some issues that could have been taken care of like painting the ceiling above the kitchen cabinets. If you weren?t only using a paint roller, it could have been done. There were a few bad reviews but we overlooked those because you can?t make everyone happy. I learned the hard way. It cost me $4000 and she didn?t come near fulfilling her promises. I had requested an invoice at the completion for tax purposes. She didn?t have one and wrote one out on paper promising one by email. I?m not holding my breath. Beware. Update as of 04/14/2026 Pictures are worth a thousand words. These are the pictures after the $4,000 cleaning job. They claimed to have experience removing nicotine from walls They used kilz on the ceiling. The ceiling fan was going to look brand new. They didn?t touch it. They also claimed they did cleaning of crime scenes.
The service cleaned my house very well.
We only requested they carpet clean the stairs leading to the upper (3) bedrooms high traffic areas in the bedrooms as the bedroom furniture was in the rooms and the landing/hallway at the top of the stairs. The cleaning team spent less than an hour cleaning the carpets. The machine they used was a consumer grade carpet cleaner and it was inadequate for removing the dander and pet hair. After they left we inspected and there was hair visible to the eye all over the landing and stairs. We had scheduled with them to complete a thorough cleaning of the unit however after the dismal results we cancelled. We did have feedback with the team through message but they did not comment or try to make amends. Lesson learned always ask if the carpet cleaning equipment is commercial didn't think it was necessary but it looks like it is, .
