Very prompt and courteous. Andrew presented a fair price and completed the job as described, promptly. I was told what to expect and surely got it! Would recommend them for sure. Repaired and recapped over older surface.

We consulted with for our condo association parking lot and the project went very well. Everything from estimate to install. Will use them for maintenance.

Andrew was very responsive and gave me an estimate with exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take, and answered all my questions I had about what to do after the project was completed.

Shameful: They were fly by night. They came out and were rushed since they were doing a job near by, and I assume share some of the asphalt. They gave me a price, came the very next day and resurfaced the lot. It has been 6 weeks, I have weeds growing through, The surface and some edges are crumbling, and it has dips in it so there are puddles when it rains. I called multiple times, and no one calls back. The guy I met with said his name was Andy. I called him back on the same cell number, but now it's some guy that speaks broken English. I left multiple msgs. I also called there business phone number, and left numerous messages. No reply or response.

They were very prompt and did a neat clean job. I would feel better about their warrantee if it came on their company stationary instead of the back of the asphalt care instructions and if the check was made out to the company, instead of the owner.

I hired the Dade County Crew to re-pave my apartment complex parking lot. They gave a reasonable estimate and showed up prompt and did everything they said they were going to do. It looks great, I plan on using them at all my properties in the future. Friendly guys, that went the extra mile.
