He was very nice and easy to talk to. He didn't clean up everything afterwards which we would have preferred.

Thank you. During the visit, a full routine service was performed on your AC system, as well as resolving the "water leak call" that the original call was submitted for. A recommendation was reported to keep you informed, that a deep chemical cleaning is needed, which requires a quote and a AC system shut down would take 3-6 hours to perform. After the service call was completed Simple Green and vacuum was used to clean the areas I worked in. Keep it Cool is not a Water Remediation Company

Great Guy, Excellent Service, Quick, and Affordable. I chose this company to clean 3 a/c units as part of my move out inspection for my rental. They emailed me right away with a quote and even price matched. The guy that came out was super nice, explained what he was going to do and even provided me with an invoice with multiple pictures. I'm really glad I stumbled across this company. They made the move out process so much easier.
