Write a ReviewI would give 0 stars if possible. We have a no soliciting sign on our door. Two of their sales people (solicitors) showed up while I was home alone, and I said I wasn't interested. The one kept insisting we were missing shingles, although that was all resolved during our inspection when we bought the house. These two men wouldn't leave when I asked, which was very uncomfortable. The one eve took it upon himself to insult me and basically called me stupid. What kind of business shows up uninvited, harassing women, and then insults you at your own home? Update: I'd complained to the company, and it seems they contacted our home owners insurance to cancel our policy for the roof.. which is fine, so now I have to sort that out. I'd never heard of this company, employed them for any services, and they just showed up banging on my door. Then they create a headache with our home owners insurance? I'm going to see if I can locate the video footage, and I'll post it here so everyone can get a feel for this company. Not that I'd planned on using them, but now I know I never will, and I'll make sure that nobody I know ever considers them, either.
I really wanted to give DaBella a 5 star review, as they said it was so important to them. Sadly after my roof job was done and they were paid they have completely ignored me and my request for repair of the damage done to my antique beadboard ceiling on my covered porch after one of the installers foot came through it. I understand things can happen - that's why I've been patient. But after months have gone by there's still a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did have someone come out to "repair" the drain breather that was left off. (I was not home when this was done). Sadly the repair was less than acceptable. The pipe was replaced and tape wrapped around it. It's a visible piece and taping over it is not acceptable at all. I made them aware of both of these issues on multiple occasions with no response from them. The sales people were polite and competitive in pricing since I had 3 other quotes. No real complaints with them. Thought I did have to repeatedly sign papers for them, the last time being when one of their reps parked his truck outside my home, stalking me. He was not one of the original sales people I dealt with. The installers that came dealt with the bad weather that cropped up that day. It was quite the ordeal. They did trample all of my flowers surrounding my house, which I was not happy with. I was told they would make it right - but nothing ever happened with that either... I feel like once they got paid I was yesterdays news. The hole in my ceiling I see daily, and it's a reminder of my poor experience thus far.

After a little glitch, my husband called Dabella and Dustin reached out to us, he went above and beyond to help us get a new roof. He was professional and kind helped us get the best financing and got our roof installed before the snow started flying. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Everything looks awesome. I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.
These girls were a delight to work with. They were very professional and had a good knowledge of their product. Meredith and Rosio are a great team.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.
