These guys are scam artists. You and to paying double to get pushed around by salesman. Josh and Jake hounded my wife into midnight and refused to leave until we were stuck in a contract. Super unprofessional.
I called debella and set up a quote to see what it would take to get me a new roof on my home. They responded within minutes. Got a couple of knowledgeable guys to come out to my home and they did a thorough inspection of what needed attention inside of the attic and out. Also took numerous pictures for our knowledge with what was actually needing replaced. We all sat down and they talked us through what would happen throughout the process and with the finished product. Very helpful and not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend others to their services.
We are quite rural where I live and needed a quote done they came within 48 hours and I could not be happier with my experience with them it was a long process they were over for a few hours very thorough but with their professionals it honestly did not feel pushed or rushed at all very knowledgeable and helpfull I can not refer them more anyone who needs a new roof these guys are the only ones to go through let alone how beautiful the end result is with them
Matteo was awesome he showed us a presentation of the windows prior to us making a decision. Then he helped us find a GREAT price for our family and looked into helping us as military veterans! I just placed my order today so Iâ m looking about four months lead time to get the new windows in to Utah. Kevin Stone quoted the project and did a very professional job on the proposal. All I can do now is wait to see when my windows show up and how long it takes them to get out here and install them. Iâ ll know a lot more in four to five months. Iâ ll keep you posted.
High quality fast completion, very observant about roof condition, quality and complete clean up
We ordered our windows in June. Haven't heard a word of when I will see my windows. Tomorrow is the first of September. Still have no idea of when our windows will be here. COVID-19 I'm guessing.
John Caparas was an absolute professional. Unlike other window help I got. He actually knew about what he was talking about and we got an amazing deal on the windows we got!! They are really making a difference in the household
We signed up in April for Gutter, Soffit, Facia, and Siding Installation. The reason we signed up with DaBella was due to Kevin our salesperson saying how great of a company and a solid warranty is provided vs going with my friends personal company who does the same quality work for large developers. We were told we needed to place a deposit of approximately $5000 for an $18,000 job it would be done the first part of July. On the more expensive side but DaBella is a reputable company, right? Wrong It is now August, after calling in approximately 10 different times the company randomly showed up in July when we werent home and installed Gutters without the right amount of gutter and missing downspouts, and cause damage to shingles. This has caused more damage to the wood and home from exposure as well. HINT: YOU INSTALL GUTTERS THE VERY LAST WHEN DOING SOFFIT AND FACIA! They are leaking to top it off! When I get someone on the phone I have asked for a copy of the contract 2x, informed my salesperson via Voicemail and Text as well. Only to receive a response via text saying **this is the first I have heard of this**. Anytime you call in and let them know, they say they are going to **escalate** it. When asked what that means, somebody will get back to you within 24 hours... **waiting** crickets. Once, we were told they no longer had an office manager (and that was the reason from corporate). Another time, a person contacted my wife and said they would be the main contact. They gave her a number that just rings back to the people that say they are going to **escalate** the complaint. We just want to cancel, get a refund on our deposit, and move on to a professional company. I do not trust them at all at this point based on the installation of random gutters. We want our money back and the contract canceled. I have contacted a local news company (Get Gephart), next up to the Better business bureau, and then, we are going with consumer protections.
