I wish I could give zero stars as we have not had a positive experience and we still do not have windows. We were promised in May 2023 that we would have windows quickly and we still do not have a completed service. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, they do not send updates when there are delays, and they do not show up for appointments. We have also asked for our tenants not to be disturbed and they have show up without warning. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Still trying to get an update after phones and an email to the GM/customer service.

One window has a damaged sash which was addressed with the installers on the second day of installation. I discussed the issue with Jeremy Gant (GM, Dibella San Diego) on Jul 5, 2022, and they said he will get back to me. Installation took place in May. It is now Aug 30, 2022, and nothing has been done.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.
