DaBella - San Diego (Windows)

I wish I could give zero stars as we have not had a positive experience and we still do not have windows. We were promised in May 2023 that we would have windows quickly and we still do not have a completed service. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, they do not send updates when there are delays, and they do not show up for appointments. We have also asked for our tenants not to be disturbed and they have show up without warning. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Still trying to get an update after phones and an email to the GM/customer service.

One window has a damaged sash which was addressed with the installers on the second day of installation. I discussed the issue with Jeremy Gant (GM, Dibella San Diego) on Jul 5, 2022, and they said he will get back to me. Installation took place in May. It is now Aug 30, 2022, and nothing has been done.

Proficient, professional honest and kind.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.

To date my windows have not been installed which I which I understood at the time of hiring them. So far Iâ  m very happy with the decision to use this company. There was not a place in the survey to document the information that the work was not yet completed.

She took her time to explain all the details and the lifetime warranty along with many aspects of the choices they had available. Her vast knowledge of the products helped us understand more of what we needed so we could make the right choice. We are looking forward to having our windows installed and look forward to enjoying our energy efficient purchase.
