This is the worst company I have ever hired and worst customers service! I hired then to remove a jet tub, and install a walk in shower for my handicap wife. Which she is now going on 6 weeks without a shower! First it took 8 weeks to get the parts for shower! Then once they finally showed up to do job! The shower door, bench and shower head was tge wrong ones! Been waiting 4 weeks now for them to get the correct parts! Shower is only half finest! I even talked to the regional GM Ty Lopez I believe was his name! So far all I've gotten from him is lies!!!! I'm at my whits ends with them!!!!

My siding project started at the beginning of August. We did have a few days in between when new windows have been installed. HOWEVER, It has been a horrible experience so far and all I can say is I hope our decision to sign our lives away for the next several years to pay this off is not filled with total regret. All we have been given so far are empty promises, occasional callbacks or answers to our phone calls, shotty work...I still don' t have all of my old sidings off of my house and there are things that they did do that need to be redone. We have had a manager come out and look at it, and again, empty promises were made. Nothing has been done. My roof is exposed for birds and wasps to nest. We were also told that the crew would be here on Monday. Its Friday. They came last night left a trailer and tools, came back this morning, loaded everything up, and left...OH, but while they were here, we realized they ordered the wrong product, wrong siding, AND trim. Every day they give us different days and times they will be here and never show up...I am so done with these people...My husband requested a different crew to finish the job after the shotty sheathing part was done...same crew showed up last night...guess. They keep promising they are going to fix everything and take care of everything... absolutely nothing is happening... And now I have to wait for a new product...Oh, they say at the latest, next Wednesday...uh huh we will see.

We haven't had the windows installed as of yet, buth the customer service has been good. Ka'inoa has been really good about communicating with us to keep us up to date on the status of our order.
