Reviews
Write a ReviewColton Kennedy hit all of my wants and needs, he not only was educated on the project, but he actually cared. We had severe storm damage and needed a new roof. We got a great system picked out with an amazing warranty and are very satisfied. COLTON GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. Outside of getting us a new roof he assisted me with the insurance claim. He also knew it was supposed to rain soon so he went out and bought tarps to cover the areas on my roof that were exposed while we waited for our project to be finished. Highly recommend this company and Colton.
Colton Kennedy is a great project manager. Very educated on the products and takes time with his customers. He assisted us with all of our insurance needs. Not only did he help us get a new roof, but he came back the next day and put tarps on all the areas with damage so the storm wouldnâ  t ruin more while we waited for our roof. Very satisfied and highly recommend Colton for your projects.
Steven Carlson was a pleasure to work with and I am si pleased with our new roof Would highly recommended them Thank you
Had Steve and Rick come by and where great in explaining the needs of a quality roof. Answered all my questions, Gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend Dabella for any roofing needs.
Excellent service and product Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their roof replaced
Salesman tried to switch our shingles to a cheaper type, we bought the next to the most expensive and they brought out the cheaper ones luckily my wife caught it before they started and it was wrong color as well? the installers were great nothing against them, clean very helpful and professional!!! It was salesman that was the issue?
Quality material and great roof that will last for a long time.
J ob was completed yesterday. cleanup hasnot happened, other item still
I cannot imagine a more poorly-run organization. 1) DaBella sales brochure offers products they cannot deliver. The Villa tile (same style as was on our home) is offered in their "Arizona Concrete Roof Tile Collections" sales brochure they provided us when we contracted our roof replacement, but the Villa style is OBSOLETE, and the actual tiles are MUCH darker than shown in their brochure, 2) DaBella salesmen James and Kendall promised (after confirming by phone with their support team) that DaBella fastens the concrete tiles to ALL roofs using ring-shanked nails for better grip than the smooth-shanked nails previously on my roof. However, installers used smooth-shanked nails, 3) Their Customer Service sucks! Communication was, for the most part, only when I called them asking for updates. Kendall said he would manage our re-roofing and then dropped the ball going to Portland for several weeks' training. Linda (Kendall's manager) rudely asked, "How often do I have to call you to make you happy?", 4) DaBella contracted with us to install roof risers having sun-shaped cut-outs that improve roof ventilation, that they said are required to maintain our roof warranty but they instead installed plain roof risers (without the ventilation cut-outs) later saying it was because they didn't have them currently in stock in their warehouse, according to Tom, 5) There seems to be no shared information within DaBella for their projects' schedule status. Two months after signing our contract, the salesman James dropped by to see the finished roof, not aware it had not even started yet. He was shocked, saying a re-roof he contracted the month after us was already finished, 6) The boom lift tractor was delivered inside our residential neighborhood at 3:30am by semi-truck that surely woke up all our neighbors with blaring lights and loud brakes and back-up warning signals. My roof finished last Monday and today, Thursday, that boom lift tractor is still sitting in front of my neighbor's house. One family member commented that DaBella is running their business like a "Mom and Pop" shop, instead of an efficient organization. I completely agree.
Chandler was extremely professional. He answered all of our questions, examined our roof closely and spent the time it took to make us comfortable that we were getting a quality roof.
