DaBella - Eugene (Bath)

We met with Kaitlynn she arrived on time. Brought samples. walked us through the process and we signed a contract. We were provided with timelines. We know what materials we will get, we got to touch and handle the product. We are not doing all of the project but this piece is the most important and has to be done correctly. We are confident that it will be.

Had Evan and Sasha come to inspect my windows. Very professional, and answered all my questions about how my new windows will benefit me. I am very excited to have this high quality product to protect my home

Evan & Sasha were very nice, answered all of our questions, showed us the problems with the roof both physically, video and pictures. Willing to find what would work for us on our fixed income finding a reasonable we could work with.

Skyler and Zach came out today to help me with my roof project. After seeing their system and not only the value of it but the competitive price they gave me made me going with them on the same day a no brainer. Highly recommend these two and this company.

Robert came out this past Friday for a roof inspection and we had a great experience. He was very professional, respectful, and not pushy at all, and really took the time to walk us through everything he found. We originally just had a standard roof, but he did a thorough presentation and clearly explained the value of upgrading to a solar roof in a way that actually made sense for us. He went over the warranty in detail and made sure all of our questions were answered before we made any decisions. We never felt pressured and really appreciated how informative and helpful he was throughout the whole process. Great communication we’re excited moving forward!

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.

Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.
