Stay as far away as possible. So many issues: Lied about the need for new siding, (verified by two independent contractors who inspected the property before the old siding before it was removed). Used high pressure sales and scare techniques against my elderly mom who was coerced into signing the contract. Missed the installed date with no communication. When we requested to cancel because they miss their install date by 2 weeks with no sign of them starting the job, they showed in their contract where they keep 50% after 3 days of signing the contract. Impossible to get in touch with anyone but the sales reps who just say they don not have contact with the installers. Was told that we would be able to get a partial refund for all of the trouble we had but that was just another lie. Lastly installed 5 weeks late during the middle of winter but pretty much had to let them or they would legally steal $25,000
We had our roof redone in 2021 and we then had to get an appraisal done in august of 2021. come to find out the wood beneath the roof that was replaced was completely rotted out. we have been told countless times that someone would reach out, then the owner said they would but then they had medical problems. we have never been contacted. we will never do business with them again. they were just in our area advertising siding, I will be sure to let every neighbor of mine to not do business with Dabella. this makes me sick, that the business thinks it's okay to charge outrageous prices and yet I get no contact back. word of mouth is everything and I will be sure to let as many people as possible know how this business is ran. so dis and disgusted
WORST CONTRACTOR IN BOISE! Never do business with DaBella. The new manager of this DaBella franchise, Dustin Christensen, is a con artist and a compulsive liar. Tons of aggressive sales tactics, fake smiles, and a totally disingenuous company. Ever since Dustin took over, this company has gone totally downhill. He likes to talk to you alot about football to sell you the stuff, he puts on a fake smile, but he is completely fake and dishonest and once you sign the contract with this demon, he stabs you in the back. We are out of over $100,000 and have tons of broken and low quality windows because of DaBella.
Signed contract with great salesman on 11/29 then found out the next day the company I was contracting with also did windows so I asked him for a bid and he gave me a better deal. I called DeBella the next day to cancel my contract (less than 12 hrs later) they said they would make a note on my account for the cancellation, and have the general Manager call me about the cancellation. I also printed out the contract Form and sign, signed it for the cancellation so that it was done within the three days and mailed it that day to DeBella, So that they would have both verbal and written cancellation confirmation. By December 5 I was still getting emails and texts confirming my Window project, so I called the office again. I ended up speaking with someone different different. There were no notes on my account regarding the cancellation so this gentleman said he made notes on my account once again and that the general manager should be calling me regarding the cancellation. I reiterated that I also sent in the signed document regarding the cancellation within the three days that I had been allotted. It has now been 12 days since I canceled the contract verbally and written and my account has now been debited for the deposit over $1800 and I still have not heard from the general manager , I called the office again and informed them I want Money credited back. She made more notes on my account escalated the email supposedly that the general manager would contact me today Regarding my cancellation once again, itâ s now well past the end of business, and I still have not heard from the general manager. I will never contemplate doing business with this company again no matter how amazing the sales people were.

Project Task: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof & Windows Installation. We have not had our windows installed yet, but I believe they will be great. Josie Layton explained about the company, what to expect during the estimate, and what they do. She was very friendly and courteous and showed great excitement with her job and the company. Dustin Christensen and Brodie Davis have been awesome and made multiple trips to our home which is a couple of hours away to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. They all made us feel like more than just another customer and spent lots of time talking and actually getting to know us. The only drawback is that Dustin and Brodie are Raiders and Chiefs fans.

Chuck M. came to our home and sole use the windows. Everything happened as he told us it would. From the installers contacting us to coming out and doing the measurements for the windows. Even the Financing. ended up with a slightly higher interest rate but was warned it could happen. They worked with us on the down payment, and the installers from Alside went above and beyond for us. I am so glad DaBella is who we went with. Everyone in my house loves the new fog window in our bathroom.
