I feel I should have been given time to get some estimates, made it sound like they are the only ones with gaf but found there are others in area that use the gaf. Felt I could have gotten a better bid with someone else. The roof looks ok but due to cold they say it does not look fully flat and not curled. Workers did not talk much and worked, got it done in 2 days before the rain, left some of the stuff they moved out of place, not sure can find my lights posts they left in the ground when pulled out, already had lost one myself. had to ask for help to put things back on the porch for different worker helping. I think the problem was that one worker did not speak any English when we told this person what needed to be moved back. The roof looks good as we can tell since it is a 2 story house and can not really look it over to make sure pipes and all that had new covers put on. Time will tell if the venting will help with utilities.

They broke my front porch light did not report it to me. They did at least clean up the mess but still I'm the one that has to have a new light installed.

Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. No satisfaction and a hassle when first reporting the initial problem as seen at that time.
After our conversation, we made sure to improve that communication aspect. Sorry again and thank you for working with us! Enjoy that new roof!

Had some difficulties with the amount of time it took to complete the project. Part of the reason for this was the extreme amount of work needed in our city because of hail damage. The roof is beautiful.

Signed the contracts and loan paperwork in September of 2017. STILL waiting for the job to be complete. Windows took forever to arrive and one had a broken glass. Windows did not have the full screen that I paid for. Broken glass replaced finally last week. Still waiting on the screens. Yup 1 FEBUARY 2018! REVE is a organization that sub-contacts everything out to local contractors. REVE communication to said contractors appears to be just as bad as their communication to the customer. Initial the window and roof sales people told me that all this work would be done before November. I told them before I signed anything that I could wait until spring if they JOBS were not going to be complete by then. They both told me that they would be done! NOPE roof was put on 10 - 13 NOVEMBER which meant the contractor had to deal with an Ice covered roof. Windows went in DAMAGED in December. Constant calling them to get status. Had so many different supposed dedicated customer service reps.... Seems they all either got fired every 2 or 3 weeks or quit. Not sure which? Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Reve was wonderful to work with! Kent Shannon took amazing care of us and our property. Every wrench that was thrown into the experience was handled graciously and professionally. Every question was answered quickly and gave us comfort in the amount of knowledge provided. We highly recommend this company and Kent especially!!
