Reviews
Write a ReviewI can’t recommend REVE EXTERIORS LLC. There are several reasons why. One reason is Steve White the sales representative he said we needed to give them a good report on Home Advisor and he would give us a discount and we needed him to write a check and he wouldn’t cash it until they completed the work. They cashed it right away. We had a week set aside for them to start the work and agreed upon it. Because we had to get things done before they could get started on our roof. About 3 weeks before the start they delivered the materials and dumpster I never got the message. 2 weeks before the start date one installer called said he was going to start a 1 1/2 early and the dumpster was in the wrong spot. I tried to explain to him that we weren’t ready and that the dumpster people put it there because of wires. After about 10 minutes of trying to talk to him I hung up and called his boss Alex. He told me he would call me later that day to tell me when they would start he never did. So I called Steve about my concerns he tried to brush me off told me not to worry. I waited 2 days then I started calling Alex they kept telling me they were in meetings after 2 more days he finally called back said he forgot. He said they would start on Monday of the week we agreed upon in the first place. On that Monday nobody should up after more phone tag because of meetings he told us they will start on Thursday. They finally completed the work and it looks nice. But they left unused plywood and debris on the ground the installer said someone would be by in a couple days to get them. Over 3 weeks later and 10 phone calls due to meetings they finally came and got it. I told them I was very disappointed in their Customer service.
they don't do like they say
Expensive but good work. Long time between order and installation.
They left opening for rain to pour into wall of my garage. Had to fight with them to get it repaired and remove the mold. I would never recommend them to anyone. It was a nightmare. Finally got it fixed. They also announced after removing roof that the plywood was bad. This was after being told that by man doing bid that the plywood was fine. This cost us an addition $5,000. for plywood to be installed. You tell me what they call this. It was one of the worst experiences we have had with any kind of project.
Although the replacement process of my roof has not been started yet I wanted to thank Asher King and Stephen Baxter, sales associates from DeBalla Exterior for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, measure, and explain to me the problems I currently have with the existing roof (complicated roof line with lots of valleys) along with the thorough replacement process, materials that DeBella Exterior use. Can't wait to see the finished product
Nice guy, Quality of the product. Medium
The sales guys have You write a review before the work is even completed to get an additional discount. So at first my initial response was a five star, because the sales part went quite well (I thought). I was having them redo my gutters even though that was not originally what I had them come out to give me an estimate for. My old ones were Working fine they just definitely needed new paint. Need to paint the gutters and call it good , but By having a professional company do my gutters, it would be a better idea since it is exterior and I wanted to MAKE SURE the job got done correctly. They installed the gutters without me there. They broke my motion sensor light bulbs which they did not mention or offer to pay for. The gutters do not do what they are supposed to because they must have left a gap between the house and the gutter because the rain falls through behind the gutters . When I contacted their company to fix this they said it would be an additional $750 and they would require that I sign a release of liability on my roof. I stated I would not have done this project at all and it did not really even need to be done(my old gutters were working fine), but the sales guys assured me that they do a really good job and they are custom fit to the house to avoid leakage even without a drip edge or flashing . I refuse to pay the extra $750 so they offered to do it for FREE but still they are requiring that I sign a release of liability in order to complete the work. I contacted a lawyer and found this is an illegal practice so I will not be signing and this experience has been a nightmare! I'm hoping they will fix the problem like they promised me several times they would. I just can't sign "Release of liability" already shown they cannot be trusted.
It's not a quick inspection. They take their time to make sure they do it right the first time.
Jon Carter arrived at the scheduled time and began with a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. He took the time to explain the condition of the roof, the details of the process, financing options and answered all my additional questions. Overall it was a professional hassle free experience.
The job was delayed due to snow, and took longer than was expected, but once it was done, it looks and works great!
