DaBella - Chandler (Roofing)

The whole experience with DaBella was outstanding. A very polite young man came to my door to ask of we would be interested in a new roof and since it was something we were already considering we scheduled a visit. The next day Mike Shaw came to our house and was extremely professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and educational. He answered all of our questions and concerns very politely and reassured me that all of my concerns with the roof would addressed. The crew finished it all in one day, with one hour lunch break and somehow, were completely done cleaning by 4 pm. They even picked up the leafs from my front yard! I would recommend this company to all of my friends and would not hesitate to work with them in the future in the need arises.

Austin Roberts did an amazing job on my bathroom, from the demolition to completion. It has added value to the bathroom. Scott came out to look at the finished product, he took pictures and was amazed as well.

The sales person implied they had there own specially trained crews, but that is not the case. I have a deck cover that attaches to the baseboard of the roof, which developed a leak after they were done. They said they would send someone out, but never did. The subcontractor crew did a good job on the roof itself.

John and Chris came out to give us a quote for a bathtub replacement in our main floor bathroom. They offered several designs and options and really listened to our needs. They fully explained their product and answered all our questions. Their pitch was no-pressure and they seemed sincere in their approach.The price quote was higher than we expected but we feel that the quality of the job and product will be worth the investment. We look forward to seeing a major improvement in our home!

Jordan Richmond with Dabella Exteriors arrived on time and conducted a thorough detailed roofing inspection inside and out. He was vey professional yet personable with myself and family. I was provided the in depth description of Dabella's products and installation procedures. I was very impressed with their product quality...coming from a construction background myself. My windows are over 30 years old and very drafty, I may as well leave the doors open. Jeff was very thorough in showing me the different types of windows available and giving me excellent info to make a sound decision. I'll add comments when it's all done. I think so far they're great to work with and very pleasant, not pushy.

We Recently had major work done with a walk in shower installed. There was a issue with the drain. It was draining slowly. So I called our sales Rep Dave Gonyea. Dave was persistent in following through. Austin Came to our home and fixed it, and now the drain works fine. We are grateful to Dave for helping us Mildred Kirstein

Matt was our sales rep. he was very knowledgeable. he has a very good design sense and helped us create a whole new look for our home that we never thought possible! its beautiful! the product is very high quality and i am sure will last our life time!'' Thanks Dabella and Matt!!!!!

We felt that the roofing system that DaBella offers is worth what we are paying. We haven't had it installed yet, but are looking forward to it. Matt and Steve did a great job explaining everything and easy to talk to.

He wasn't pushy and answered all our questions. Very detailed. He is like a family member. We are so grateful that he figured out a way for us to save our home. We knew he was a good guy since the dog "Mitzi" does not like strangers, but the minute she saw Joel she was .all over him like I said, part of the family. One more thing, our laptop would not talk to printer so we could give him a copy of the bank statement. He fixed it. Above and beyond.
