I have a small backyard. David called me on Sunday, came gave me and estimate on Monday, and installed on Tuesday. They were friendly and efficient. They arrived about 8:30 in the morning, and were finished by noon. It went from a weedy, muddy space. And when they left, I had a beautiful yard that I want to spend time in.

David and crew did a great job landscaping a difficult large area, charged a fair price, and got the work done in a week. I would hire again for any future projects.

David works quick. He gets his ideas quick. He throws them to you quick. Personally it was almost stressful, but he was done in a blink. The work is more than affordable, and the timeline is short for his work. He did have to come back out to cap off a couple sprinklers he and his team missed originally, but he was there within a week, and helped solve the leak it caused.

The owner, David (never gave us his last name) was supposed to demo and replace our driveway and entry way. When I asked for a contract, he sent me a one sentence text with the estimated cost and that it was to pour a new driveway. He said that the text was his contract. He was to start demo on Tuesday but never showed up, saying that the bobcat guy had not called him back. When we contacted him the following day to ask when demo would start, we asked him if the bobcat guy was a subcontractor. He said yes, and we asked if bobcat guy had insurance in case he caused damage to our home or property. In response, David said he would cancel the job and hung up on my husband. When my husband tried to call him back, he would not pick up the phone. I then texted David and asked if he was canceling the job, or if my husband misunderstood him. David responded that he did not want to work the job anymore because my husband asked too many questions. I replied that it was a reasonable request as a homeowner, and did he think it was unreasonable. He has never responded, and has left us in the position of having to start searching again for someone to replace our driveway.
