Driscolls painting and remodeling LLC

Due to a leak in the baseboard heater in my 250-year-old house, there was a moldy/mildewed section of my ceiling and wall. Haven removed the damaged ceiling, cleaned up the mold/mildew with a specialized chemical, replaced the ceiling, and painted the ceiling and wall. The room looks wonderful now and there is no residual smell. He also put sheetrock on a section of my stairwell well where I had to remove the wall surface to bring a washing machine to the second floor. This section is temporary, so he screwed it into the wall. Haven did a great job with everything and cleaned up the site perfectly when he was done. I found him to be efficient and hardworking, with a pleasant, positive attitude and excellent communication skills. I plan to hire Haven again in the future for the many projects we have in this old house.

i was very pleased with all the work that was done. My deck was in a terrible shape and now it looks great. The work was done efficiently with a welcome attention to detail. I would certainly recommend this contractor.

Timely and thourough!

Not good! The stairs from the ground to the deck (9 steps) needed to be rebuilt. He cut the new stringer which ended up with 8 steps which meant that each step now had to be higher. Not comfortable to climb as each step is higher than the standard height. He assembled the steps wrong as he put the risers flush with the foot step. their should be an overhang on the foot step. The stairs look "boxy" Very poor job. Sorry I hired him. Would not hire this company again.

Haven Driscoll (Driscoll's Painting and remodeling LLC) was a terrific match for us. He is a quick communicator with a friendly and helpful outlook. He did a great job of diagnosing the repairs needed (master bath) in a detailed way, and gave us updates as he progressed so we knew exactly what he was doing. He did not inflate the work needed, and was spot on in helping us make choices that would yield quality results without just throwing money at the job. I really liked working with Haven, appreciated what he accomplished on our behalf, and am happy to pass along this five star rating.

We asked Driscoll Painting to do two jobs for us, and they did fantastic work. The work was done well, and the price was reasonable. We have more jobs that we would like to do in the future and will definitely use them again.

Helped me out with lots of misc tasks (installing wood trim, fixing a door knob, adding extra support to closet hangers, installing a ceiling fan). Very professional, highly recommend.

Haven did a superb job! He made 8 banisters much more secure by installing brackets and rosettes. He used his expertise, experience and all the right tools. He has a variety of tools that made the job easier and quicker. He touched up the paint where it needed it. He then secured the trim on 2 doorways and trimmed a piece on the spa. Very flexible, good natured, accommodated our schedule and was very knowledgeable! I?m having him come back in the spring to correct more things!! Best of the best!

Haven of Driscolls painting did an excellent job repairing my Pella storm door. He arrived on time, was very polite, and did the job efficiently. He also pointed out another issue on a door threshold that needs repair that I would not have seen. I highly recommend Haven!
