They had me send pictures and measure the blinds in addition to telling them they are Hunter Douglas blinds that the cord needed to be replaced. They arrived and said sorry we can?t help you. I am back to square one.

DP Blinds has come to our home and installed hardware on our floor to ceiling windows on 3 separate occasions. Each of the service visits have been easy to coordinate with a quick response time and the work has been above and beyond what was expected for a very fair cost that cannot be beat.
