I hired Dillion to work on my home boiler unit. He was excellent. He explains in layman’s term how each part of my unit works. He replaced parts that needed to be replaced. He took his time and he did not rush the job. Dillion is reliable, professional and is knowledgeable in his craft and confident in his skills. Dillion’s cool demeanor made me at least ease. Our boiler gave up last year and Heatwave Plumbing & Heating LLC came in and installed a new one. I know so little about plumbing and heating but Dillon walked me patiently and thoughtfully throughout the entire process so that I could make informed decisions. His pricing is honest and fair.
