D&E Property Services gave us a very fair estimate, scheduled the project start promptly, and were professional and knowledgeable onsite. They were incredibly helpful and patient to us, who are new home owners who have such little experience and knowledge, with a limited budget. Oh my where do I begin! Devin provided the absolute best service and quality project completion ever. I cannot recommend him highly enough both his personal interaction his absolute commitment to listening, truly hearing what you want done and then completing the task in both the timely and cost effective manner. His machinery is obviously well maintained. He is well organized and was just a delight to do business with. I'm going to have him back in the spring for another big project. And I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know and I'm even going to post on my Facebook and Instagram account some videos and pictures that I took. I could not possibly be a happier customer. I'm a farm girl, a 72-year-old retired nurse and a widow, so my instincts that this was a fine person to hire were not only well-founded but held true. Thank you Devin for providing such outstanding service.

Devin does such good work! We used to have flooding in our front yard and he regraded the whole thing and ran drainage down to the culvert. He reseeded the yard and came to check on it after the first rain. He build us a gorgeous cedar fence around the aerating system and took out our grave driveway and put down a ground asphalt that settles and gives a really smooth drive with no sealing necessary. This work was done in good time and a lot of attention to detail. Anyone would be lucky to hire Devin. We feel like we have a new house!

After receiving several estimates, the job I needed done seemed out of reach. The estimates were padded quite a bit for what I considered a minor job. Thankfully I took a shot with Devin and All Around Excavating! He was truly concerned with our issue and went above and beyond my expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable and his customer service is excellent because he honestly cares about his customers. I won't hesitate to contact him for jobs that need to be done at our home, and I suggest you don't either. I've already made plans with him for some additional work early next spring. He is honest, polite, and has a great amount of integrity. He takes his jobs seriously regardless of the size. Give him a chance to give you an estimate for your job and you won't regret it. I've also given his contact information to several family members who need work to be done, something I rarely do with any company. Devin is a true professional and I'm thankful to have found him!
