I was quoted $1600 to upgrade my existing 8 camera system for my home/ small business equipment. We agreed upon using the existing wiring because everything was working properly upon completion of the new system the picture quality was worse than what I originally had and now had colored lines dancing a cross the screen like a broken tube TV. At that point, I disapproved of the job, and he told me he would have to up charge me and additional $600 to run the new wires which was not what I was looking to do. I asked him to put my old cameras back in which he screwed them anywhere on my house facing any which direction did not come inside to plug anything in and left without saying a word. After I realized he left I called him to find out why he left me high and dry he just began yelling at me trying to make it racial and hung up. I plugged in the old system to now realize 2 of my cameras are now not working and I have to find someone to help me readjust the working ones and start all over trying to find a new professional.

Hey Carlo, i sent you an estimate and at the bottom of that estimate states that we're using your existing wires that you already ran yourself. After installing my cameras to your wires we noticed that 2 cameras had lines going through them and after troubleshooting i told you that's because of your wires being bad. i offered to run you 4 NEW LINES FOR FREE using my own wires to take care of the issue of the 2 camera lines,even though that wasn't a part of our agreement, you looked at me and said, "well if I'm going to run 4 i might as well run all 8". i worked from 12pm-7pm in a 20 degree weather and never got paid i was willing to run the 4

This is the first review I have ever written in 40 plus years. I have never been this blown away by an individual or a business. I truly cannot say enough good things about Daren and his company. He ran all new wires, configured and planned out a perfect security system and installed the perfect system. His workmanship and professionalism were better than anything I have experienced. If you are looking for a security system Daren is your man, And if you're looking at other companies you are making a mistake. Go with D&D Security Systems.

The employee was very knowledgeable about home security and gave me a very intensive explanation of what my system would involve. He followed my specifications. He did a neat job and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them for anything related to security systems.
