I selected D&D for a patio installation project. In March during the design and planning, they were very responsive. After they submitted the permit, they almost never responded. My village gave feedback in late March and 2.5 months later D&D never moved the project forward. Only received 1 message in April saying they would get back to me and one meeting in May saying they are waiting for the village (that was not true per my village). It has been another 3 weeks since I have heard back from the team after telling them the village is waiting for them to provide more information. The office does not return calls or texts either. This has been a very frustrating experience as D&D almost never texts back or returns calls. I have called or texted almost daily for two months. I am very surprised by their high rating as they seem incredibly unresponsive to me. I do not recommend anyone work with D&D.

Dean and his crew were fantastic- I cannot recommend them enough. He completely transformed the outside of our house with gorgeous plants and lighting. He was here when he said he’d be here, the price was fair, and he is incredibly passionate about his work (he stayed onsite!) Call him- You will not be disappointed!

Great customer service

Dean first looked over my front yard and then came back a week later with a hand drawn plan of a new design for the landscaping in front of my home. He described all the plants he would install and included a watering device and lighting. On the day of installation he and his team arrived promptly and three hours later I had a beautifully landscaped front yard. Dean explained the lighting and watering processes as they were installed. I am very impressed with his professionalism and his own delight as he described the trees and plants and how they would grow and change through the seasons. He stuck to the budget we agreed on and noted that he would return often to trim and check on my new garden. Happiness is working with Dean!

Best experience ever. I thought good service was dead, but Dean and his crew were unbelievably professional and exceeded my expectations by a high margin. They diagnosed the problems, gave me a great price, not only showed up exactly on time, but completed the work on time. I highly recommend D and D! I am still amazed at how well they performed. This is a small family business that cares and shows it. If you choose to use some other service, it should only be because you could not wait for them for some reason. They are the best and the results are of the highest quality. I consider them an irrigation fiduciary although there probably is not such a thing, but they focus only on your best interests. I could not be more pleased and I am 71 years old and have seen a lot of businesses do work for me. They are now my number one go to company. I just wish I could find companies in other industries that took such pride in what they do with such high integrity. Their word is their bond!
