Very honest. I was having a problem with the refrigerator door opening and I thought it was the seal. Dimitri came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. It turns out it was not the seal, but the actual door. But, instead of charging me and installing the seal knowing that the problem would not be resolved he suggested that I would be better off just purchasing a refrigerator. I appreciate his honesty. He did not rip me off, but instead saved me a costly/ un-needed repair bill. I will use that money towards the purchase of the new replacement. Thank you for your honesty and work ethic,hard to find these days. I will definitely call them in and the future and recommend them to friends.

Demitri can at the time he said he would to do a propane conversion and install on a new dryer I just purchased from Samsung. He did the conversion and install for a very reasonable rate. Unfortunately the dryer is a lemon and I have to deal with Samsung warranty, however Demitri stayed at my house almost 3 hours (causing him to be late for another appointment) working in a very hot outdoor laundry room trying to get the exiting parts to work so I wouldn’t have to deal with Samsung warranty service even though that wasn’t his issue or what I hired him to do. If I ever have any appliance issues in the future I will definitely call them again.

Came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and charged a reasonable fee. Would recommend. I live in sunny isles and after prior experiences was a bit worried to reach out to an unknown company for help, but was very happy with the experience. They are a real company with real experience. Thanks for fixing my stove top!

Arrived on time and troubleshot the dryer problems in about 10 minutes. Repaired it and cleaned dryer vent in about an hour. Very thorough and professional. Will hire again. Thanks Dmitri!

Excellent prompt service arrived on time on a Sunday. Fixed clothes dryer for a reasonable price. The dryer is working great now. Went the extra mile and also cleaned it out for me. Very happy with Dimitri and this company. Highly recommend.
