For those of us who have purchased lakefront property that has not been maintained properly .. what is referred to as A Fixer Upper . You know that your list of projects will be long and that you will need to prioritize what you start first. In our case, we needed to stabilize the shoreline to prevent further erosion. There are a number of alternatives that you might use ... but if you are a first time lakefront property owner your knowledge about which alternative is best for your property is limited. That is where Lake Wylie Dock Construction came In. Todd Flowers and Greg Dunlap are the co-owners of the business and make a great team. One phone call and an appointment to look at my property and come up with a recommended approach to stabilize my shoreline was quickly made. In fact they both came out same day. They both walked my property and measured the shoreline and recommended that the best alternative to stabilize my shoreline was to install Rip/Rap. They walked us through their process and estimated timeline for the project and within the hour gave me a comprehensive estimated of cost of labor and material and the timeline of the project. It should be noted that our project also included the install of stone steps into the water so we can easily launch Kayaks and Paddle Boards or just go swimming. Flash forward .. to completion - the project came in on time and on budget .. they did an excellent job !!! We are very pleased with the final product and we strongly recommend Lake Wylie Dock Construction.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
