He came to my house to pour contere on the back of house and ii call him the next day and told him my content was rough he told me it had to cure. Which it didn?t so he sent a couple of men to sand down by hand and added more cement to slab which never cured. So for the mess up he said he would build me a shed for 3000.00 10 /10 or 10/12 so I said a 10/12 and he added another 1000.00 to price. Oh and my messed up cement was 7000.00 dollars. They needed 2000.00 before and 2000.00 after which he ended up wanting to walk out of job pulling out all plugs from my house and walking away and he said if I didn?t pay the other 2000.00 they were leaving my house with shed not finished he was very ugly and disrespectful to me . So for my doors which don?t fit frame don?t stay shut don?t have door mobs which I requested. I would never hired this company again so y?all be alert. And I do have a man here but he could go tell him he was doing it Wrong because he can?t talk was lucky.

Response from Company:

we did a very good job . sorry you feel that way . but you would change your mind every 5 minutes .

Had backyard slab installed with a ramp toward my shed. The concrete work was good but the shed doors won?t close now I?m trying to have them come back and fix it. Plus they had to take off my gate going to the backyard and they messed up my front yard.Demoine assure me that everything would be fixed now it?s going on two days. No one came back to finish the job. My backyard is unsecure the shed doors are still open and my gate is not put back up like they promised plus my yard still needs to be clean I paid for the job with no problem but now it?s a problem for them to do it right by the Customer and go by your word like you said

Response from Company:

that?s is not the truth . we came back an did everything .

D&D responded to an Angi's post. We arranged for an inspection on February 24, 2025. A group of gentlemen arrived in the morning at or around 8 am. The lead quoted me $1500.00 to install two external prehung doors. I accepted and asked when they could start. The lead told me they could start right now. I agreed. As they were finishing the job, I received an invoice for a quote of $2,154.75. I talked to the lead, and he told me he quoted me that price before we began. I insisted he did not. We agreed I would pay the $1500.00 I was originally quoted. I agreed. I recieved a new quote of $1,657.50 ($1500 plus labor) I walked around the almost completed job with another gentleman and pointed out deficiencies I saw to include my damaged walls, door frames, gaping holes in my floors, an exposed electrical wire from a doorbell that was hot (active), and messed at both sites where doors were being installed. I was assured everything would be addressed. I paid and went back to work. No one let me know they were finished. I noticed all the vehicles had left. I asked for a receipt for the $1,657.50 I paid in cash. I was told ok. I have yet to receive a receipt. I am still picking up debris to include nails, from my area. I have taken out nails from my tires due to their inability to properly pick up after their work.

Contracted D&D for a 4? slab install. Arrived on time on day 1. Words can not express my thoughts on the quality of D&D?s work. Although they rutted up my front yard with the concrete truck and told me they would fix it ( they didn?t) and dumped the concrete waste water in my neighbors yard (they did go clean that up). Please see attached photos of the quality of work performed.

Response from Company:

sorry ! we ask it you want a pump truck ! you told us no bc of the cost . so we had no choice but to back it up in yard . sometime tings is out my hands .

Hired to replace a sliding door with a french door. The funny thing is I had forgotten to tell the boss Domingo (not sure of spelling) that I really wanted the door to swing open on the opposite side than where the sliding door opened. He happened to order the door the way I wanted it anyway! They showed up before sun up to take another look and make sure they had everything set. Started to work at sun up and got door out no problem. They were careful not to step on my plants in front of the door way which I very much appreciated. Trust me this made it much harder to get the giant door in. Project turned into an ordeal for them because our house is raised and had settled so the door way wasn?t square. They did a lot of extra work that originally thought but didn?t complain. The guys on the job were very nice and respectful. When I didn?t want the trim they had they ran to town to get the one I wanted without a word. After all that the total came out the same as the estimate.

I used D & D construction for a concrete slab driveway. We never had one in our home and really wanted to get rid of the gravel. He contacted me extremely fast and came out the next day to evaluate the job. Once measuring was done & he quoted us an amazing price they were back the next day to start the job. The crew is friendly and very professional. Job was done in less than 2 days. We love our new drive way and would def recommend them. Fast, quick, and professional

Under no circumstances should you engage this company for anything. His actions were underhanded and left us paying over 167% of the original invoice. Yet he could not tell us where the extra funds were spent. I trusted HomeAdvisor to vet their contractors. He used Angie as a cover for his inability to provide documentation saying that the software would not allow it.

Response from Company:

sorry you feel that way . but can't keep add more work for same price . it's was only a one day job . turn out to be 5 days . the more you add on the more the price will increase. an the work was done very professional .

These guys were amazing. Did a great job and left the work site clean. If they demo things this well, I’d be more than willing to see their construction skills. And the workers were polite as well, something difficult to find these days. They will be the first I call for handyman jobs in the future.
