Very experienced in his work . Explained what he could do for our old tile and what he couldn't. Cleaned not only the floors but also the shower and tub. Very neat and responsible with covering our wood floors. Responded quickly to our request and showed up right on time. cost was reflective of work to be done. Results are amazing. The tile and grout are white again! Would recommend highly. Also local, so your money stays in the community.
