DADS Tile & Grout Restoration

They were on time. They showed us a great demonstration and were very professional. They did an excellent job and were very efficient. Two of our neighbors came over and saw their work and have made appointments to have their grout and tile cleaned and sealed.

They were amazing. Very committed to making sure every item we asked them to clean was clean beyond our expectations. They worked hard on all our tile floors and counters; then they worked even harder on our dirty carpet. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them for both tile and carpet cleaning.

I was very impressed with the service. The owner of the company came out and did a demonstration on my floor tile which definitely got a WOW reaction! I had recently hired a cleaning service and was told that the grout and tile would not get clean. NOT TRUE! DADS Tile and Restoration made it look like new. I hired Didier who is the owner of DADS and had an unusual experience that I never had before when hiring other service businesses. What was unusual is that Didier and his crew TOTALLY EXCEEDED my expectations in every way. He is a great communicator, punctual to a fault, a detailed craftsman who has finished every project under budget and BEFORE the date he estimated to complete the projects I gave him. I was very impressed with the results of the carpet cleaning (really like the design). The grout looked new after it was cleaned. It was easy to communicate with Mr. Artiaga about the job. I was sooo impressed with the job, I passed out DADS business cards to the realtors. I was in a pinch and DADS really came through for me. I would definitly use DADS again.
