Excellent. I will no longer pay close to 300/year for geek squad when I have found this gem of a techie. He was patient,  courteous and knew his way around the computer, working remotely with me. I'd been hacked and he had to remove all my programs while saving the data. In addition he reset my router which this hacker successfully retrieved. Beware of someone calling you to tell you all your information is in jeopardy and that your IP address was hacked. Then at the last minute telling you, "let me check with my supervisor for the next step." That is when I became suspicious. They proceed to tell you they will install a firewall for 298.00 which will protect you for one year only, with the price going up each succeeding year.
