Cutting Edge is by far the best roofing company I have dealt with. I run a property management company in the area so we have properties all over Clark County. A few years ago I had them do one of our rental properties and had a great experience from beginning to end. So this time I hired them for my own personal home I had just purchased. It had an old Cedar roof that was leaking badly. The recommendations they gave for products made a hue difference for the appearance of the house as well as addressing the concerns of leaks. The communication by not only our project manager but also the crews while on site was a breath of fresh air. The roof looks amazing and I will definitely be hiring them again in the future. The attention to detail and quality of work and communication is what sets them apart from other contractors I have used in the past.

They also replaced gutters, two windows, fascia boards and sophets, and painted. They stand by their work and gave a warranty on it. They worked with me even on some difficult parts of the project.

Cutting Edge's communication was extraordinary. My group is a small HOA and none of us have the time to manage a big job such as our siding project. Cutting Edge managed structural repair, roofing repair, dry rot repair, siding installation, painting and new gutters to our group. We all had questions and opinions.
